I mean try to find out if encoder is sending good signal to drive module.. That can be a point to look for..

You may have to check if you getting the right feedback from encoder.. Look on the manual for this.. I Will try to look on the manual..

Are you sure about the +24VDC remote control voltage as i see that is for the control command of the Valve motor Rotork drawing show +125VDC for remote module control

On the circuit diagram that i got it is well shown the +125VDC remote module control wiring
