Control Valve Sizing
detailed valve calculations involve line loss calculations, fluid velocity, line drain requirements, etc. It is not uncommon to use reducers where the controlled flow is much smaller than the line size is capable of supporting. Confirm the maximum flow conditions with the process design staff.

Flame detectors generating multiple nuisance alarms randomly
THOR S241f+ evidently usinf optical sensing. They tyically have problems if not properly installed. The OP will have to sketch out his installation.

calibration of weighing system
As long as the empty weight zero is identified, the load cells are linear. You must rely on the lab calibration of the load cell transmitters performed when purchased. Your high bin level span is set during pre-startup check out.

Heating/cooling application + relay issue for a EPC3004
You are indicating proportional control in your schematic, but solenoids (on-off) in the piping layout, with what appears to be a levers for manual adjustment of the valve capacity.

What is the magnetic flow meter electrodes resistance range, specially for 2 inch size
The conductivity of the electrodes is in the micro-ohm level, while the voltage being sensed is developed by the conductivity of the fluid as it flows through the meter consisting of an insulating liner abd electrodes, under the influence of magnetic fields.

Identify transmitters that are used as a Control Variable in the field
If your controls are that vulnerable, you need a detailed safety review the entire system. A review that includes maintenance, operation, and misoperation.

MKV Combustion Monitor High Spread Trip on one T/C Fail High
T/C fail high, can only occur if you have improper ground connection to the negative lead. That being the case, you can get ground fault disturbances for example when a motor with faulting windings start. Check and perform tests of your T/C wiring.
