GE MS5001 Machine
Auxiliary Hydraulic Oil Pump has always been an option on GE machines. If you don't have one, you need to do all calibrations at cranking speed (or rig up a temporary supply from the ratchet pump).

GT Frame 5 Startup Procedure Clarification
Depends on how your diesel control is set up. Usually on older Frame 5s the diesel will have two solenoids, 20DA-1 and 20DA-2. 20DA-1 will bring the engine up to cranking speed when set to "CRANK", 20DA-2 will energize when flame is detected and put the diesel into full speed to help with the...

Gas Turbine Corrected Output Less
On reading through the posts again, is this a fairly new machine? How many hours has it operated? Do remember that if you are comparing new to now, and the machine has not had any overhauls, there is what is notionally known as an aging factor, it can be as much as 2%, your loss is 1.9%.

OK, so all looks OK from how you are doing it. Can we see the before and after data?

Gas Turbine Corrected Output Less
For performance monitoring, the most important bit is the accuracy of the instrumentation used. Simply, Ambient Temp. CPD and Mw. are probably the primary factors, also inlet and exhaust losses, humidity, barometric pressure, compressor Inlet & Discharge Temp. are useful. In your case, the...

Gas Turbine Corrected Output Less
Can you post the data from the previous base load test and the recent one? How are you converting the data back to Site or ISO conditions? Is the machine being regularly on/offline cleaned? To be honest 4 Mw is just about within calculation error at 228 Mw.

Conductive Grease
If you have any spare MKV cards, check inside the box, usually there is a tube of grease in there. Try Chemtronics here. https://www.chemtronics.com/p-715-circuitworks-silver-conductive-grease.aspx

Downloading to R, S, and T Processors on MARK VI
Kind of looks like you have very little experience of MKVI. I honestly think that you should seek some help before attempting to download software. Please explain a bit more what you are trying to do and why!

Unit Tripping Due to Exhaust Temp
I'm surprised that you don't see any difference in fuel nozzle pressures, the three temperatures 405,398,408 seem to show where the problem is, if those three temperatures could be normalized your spread would drop to about 10 degrees. I would still recommend a change of the full set of fuel...

New GE Turbine Engine LM6000
Again, with no information, it is completely impossible to answer this question. Can we see some comparative performance data for both machines to at least give us a clue as to what is happening e.g. Ambient Temp. Fuel flows, CPD, Exhaust Temp. etc. then we can maybe give you some answers.

Unit Tripping Due to Exhaust Temp
Changing only 3 fuel nozzles is probably the worst thing you could have done, Don't you understand that fuel nozzles are a flow tested set, not individual nozzles. How did you know which nozzles to change? I think I said already, the first thing you need to do is remove all the fuel nozzles...

Droop is settable from Control Constants in any version of Speedtronic. Try using the "Search" function in control.com, there have been many posts on droop.
