Hi Looks like you got a "fuse blown " on J3 at least & "excitation voltage " not right on J33 according to this diag alarms So Did you investigate on that point... If yes what did you find ? Controls Guy25.

CSA, Good explanation on DLN operation /tuning for a GE HDGT, I Just would replace the word "vibration" by "pulsation" ...Thats why you can see some Alstom TA's ( now GE TA's engineer called themselves "Emissions & Pulsations monitoring/tuning " for Ex Alstom HDGT for example... And GE TA's...
