DIN Mounted Resistors
Terminal blocks with built in resistors are available. I use the AB 1492- stuff. But just as easy is to mount regular terminal blocks and put the resistor(s) you need in the terminal blocks yourself.

Repeated Capacitor Failure on Single-Phase Pump Connected to Pressure Controller (230V)
Typically i find these kind of issues are load related. Is the motor properly sized for the load connected? If the motor is overloaded, the slow starting will do this also..
