What's the fault you have?
Does the motor starter give you any Fault code?

 

Check the relay for any fault alarm, perform megger test in the 3 phases of the motor with respect to each phase and also , measure the starting current and see how many times it is higher than the usual current value (although one should note starting current is usually higher than normal running current).

 

What fault ? That is the most critical question..
