DLN1 TTRF1 low during Premix Transfer - Ext. Lean-Lean
Good checks. What about the flame scanners? Are the primaries showing 0 flame during the transfer or are they flickering? Also the gas valve demand vs feedback during the transfer? TTRF1 is slow to increase so maybe something holding the fuel back.

DLN1 TTRF1 low during Premix Transfer - Ext. Lean-Lean
Could the transfer purge valves be leaking by? Not the actuators but the valves themselves? Also, the SRV actuators are known to get a flat spot in actuation that causes them to "stick" when moving very slowly if they haven't been serviced, usually caused by the dither setting in the servo...

Mark V <I> Hard drive clone / replacement
For the 8.0GB issue, have you tried to partition the new drive to have separate drives with a max size of 8.0GB? That should solve your problem. For the cloning of software for all 3 units, I would expect it to work just fine after you change the IO_ports.dat to assign the HMI. That should...

You should get someone to come to site to help troubleshoot this. Give AP4 a call.

Loss of Communication on UDH (HMI).
On the HMI, pull up a command prompt. type this: net start tci Press Enter If it says “TCI is already running,” reboot the HMI. If it says “Starting TCI,” go back to the HMI and see if the boxes fill in.

Steam turbine hydraulic servo etd1 and etd 2 not energized
Your best bet is to find the drawings that show the circuits for the ETDs and PTRs. They will include all the terminals and devices in the circuit on both positive and negative sides. I don’t have steam turbine drawings in front of me, sorry.

Steam turbine hydraulic servo etd1 and etd 2 not energized
You need to trace down the circuit on the positive side of the trip circuit. There is something in the circuit that is not CLOSED or MADE all the way. The low voltage on the positive side tells you it is on that side of the trip circuit. check for 65vdc at each interlock upstream of the PTBA...

Controller Problem
Did you try rebooting the controller again? Either way I would suggest reboot all RST, XYZ and Go Slow. Shutdown all controllers and wait 30sec+. Power on R, wait for CPU to chime(beep) Power on S, wait for chime(beep) Power on T, wait for chime(beep) Power on XYZ. wait for screens on HMI to...

Loss of Totalizer data. Counter and Timer data from Totalizer page
It depends. Do you have the UCVE’s that allow you to remove the batteries? If you do you can just remove and replace them. The early revisions of that Unit Controller had the batteries soldered in and you have to unsolder them to test. Best to send them into GTC and have the batteries replaced...

VGIV Measurement Difference Alarm on ALSTOM GT13E2
Having an issue at specific MW loading should help to diagnose. Take note of the VIGV position at those loads. When you performed the VIGV calibration, did you check the response of the VIGVs at the position for each load point (70MW and 35MW)? I wonder if there is something getting hung up...

GE Frame 6B GT got stuck at 95% TNH during startup.
I'm pretty sure there is a TIL out (forget the number) that also should trip the unit if the SRV goes too far open during startup like yours did. If whatever was causing the restriction upstream broke loose during the startup with the SRV at 100%, there will be damage.

6B Turbine, mkIV controls; High exhaust temps causing FSRT to hold turbine at <50% during startup.
What are your IGV's doing when FSRT is taking over? Are they supposed to open so that the exhaust temps go down?

Did you have an exhaust TC going high on both startups? Sounds like a short or cold junction in an exhaust TC.

Gas turbine compressor bleed valve fail to close
Make sure when you rebuild the actuator you are using the high temp O-rings. The actuator manufacturer will send you the standard temp unless you request the high temp that they also have available. Also, we rotated the actuators away from the (turbine) wrapper to allow for less radiant heat on...

Tripping of Steam Turbine Generator on Reverse Power Protection
To answer your question simply; yes you should wait for reverse power to trip the generator breaker for the steam turbine in any scenario. In your description, you are mixing terms a bit since there are two 'trips' happening when a steam turbine is tripped; controls trip and generator breaker...

Can't ping Bentley Nevada although the values are visible!
Are the Bently and RX3i connected to the 201 or 101 network? Are they talking EGD or Modbus or...? If they are on the 201 network, you may have a NIC card or cable issue in your HMI on the 201 side. If they are talking Modbus, they may be on a different network entirely. Very hard to...
