There are two different systems FSC and EPKS.

While Logics are executed in both the systems, how it differs from one another.

What are all the major differences from safety perspective ??

 

One, FSC, is a safety controller; the other, Experion PKS, is a process control system.

This page says that Honeywell's FSC was a first generation Fail Safe (Safety) SIL3 Controller, it is now obsolete and has been replaced by Safety Manager.
