Hi, I need help. I normally use version 5.xx of abb's cmt 1000 software to configure the avr unitrol 1000-15. Out of necessity I had to install version 4.xx of the software coexisting with the previous one. When I run version 5.xx of the software again, I get the problem in the photo, making it impossible to connect to the AVR. Version 4.xx of the software also shows that problem. Is there a solution?

 

What was the previous port number that you were using? Also, check that port in the PC that you are using as it maybe connected to something else.

Thank you so much. The problem was the Lindy USB to serial converter driver on my laptop. I had to go back to a previous version of the driver.
