Ovation SLC DIN Block with 4 coils having issue when SAS Micom BCU C264 (master) sends pulse command via Modbus

DIN block having 4 digital coils to be written with FC code for AGC request command modbus address 517 and AGC interrupt command Modbus Address 516. SCE ALSTOM configuration configured as short pulse to DCS. Command must reset to 0 after a pulse but it remains persistent and coil 516 & 517 remains latched. Need support to troubleshoot this issue.
