Well it clearly depends on the controls system philosophy that you got on site ( if you are on a site )...
We dont know what kind of plant you are referring too ...
We dont know about:
- Controls systems (model, OEM,
-Gas turbine type /model /OEM
-Diesel generator type model
-PMS if existing on that plant
....
Thats gonna be difficult to answer to this question, Without to be able to check that controls logic diagrams ( software/programs, application code.. )...
Each site got his own control philosophy so plz be more precise and provide more gathering datas/informations so that we can support you ...
Some would say that diesel engine will stop as soon as GT restore Bus voltage ..( In dead bus /black start operation)
But thats not always the case ...so Plz just to reply to these questions the n we can answer precisely to your question.

Usually after Diesel engine disengages at around 55% speed. The diesel engine comes to idling speed, and usually there is a 5 minutes timer, then diesel engine stops
