Concept Logic 2.5v error message

I have an error message every time I try and download a program to my momentum PLC: Error Id: OLI-2105. When I go to customer assistance page, it tells me a few reasons but I have used this program before with no issues.

PS- I recently downloaded a trail version of 2.6. Maybe the cause?
