After replacing <R> core cards, and restarting our frame5 speedtronic simplex control. Unit tripped on high exhaust temp after rolling for less than 10 min. 1350F.
After doing a battery of test, we discovered there was no control of FSR. and output signal to gas valve.
We replaced <R> core cards once again, with fresh batch from new supplier.
We then discovered, we were holding batches of cards that are old, and some bad, when they were represented as being brand new.
