Design a current controller for AC motor

If I have the data sheet of AC brushless motor (L, R, Kt, Jm) and I could find a current controller from the model (for DC motor). How should the PI controller parameter (Ki, Kp) change because we work in a DQ control? Do number of poles change the controller?

I re-write my question: What is the equivalent parameters of DQ (Lq, Ld, Ktq) of an AC Brushless motor (from L,R,Kt,Jm)?
