Can someone guide me where or how to purchase a licence for the for the Easysoft 7.

This seems very difficult to obtain from Eaton website

I simply went to www.eaton.com, selected my country and searched for Easysoft. Looking down that page, I found a couple of links, one to download a demo, and another to activate a licence. (I didn't go through to the purchase page, as I've no use for this software at present.)
I don't know where you're situated, but hopefully the Eaton website for your location has the Easysoft page and download links.
