I have a problem with a new nutrunner, the tool doesnt work, and the controller show the follow error:
2048 tool update required

the tool was working, but.. when i try to calibrate, change the cal value (higher) after that no work. i cycle the power. reset the controller. and problem still continue.

anybody can help me?

In order for any of us to help you out, we would require more basic info: type of controller, brand and model, name and version of software, OS level used, communications. Maybe one of us can pick out something he/she will be familiar with.
