i have gas turbine frame6 is working on gas only so i do not want to increase the funds of the maintenance so i would prefer to remove the atomizing air comp. cause i have only gas fuel

If you no longer have a need to use liquid fuel, you should consider converting to gas only fuel. That would involve changing fuel nozzles, maybe end caps, maybe combustion liners, controls changes. You should contact GE about this.
If you think that you may need to burn liquid fuel in the distant future, you could keep the dual fuel hardware and re-install it then.
This is a significant change, and you may not save enough in energy and maintenance costs to justify it.
