In frame 9 what is the output of the 17 stage compressor and what is the compression per stage

There are Frame 9E and Frame 9F, -9FA, -9FA+, -9FA+e, and 9FB units.
Not that it makes any difference as far as my answer; I don't know the information you are asking for any of them. It's not information or data that's normally monitored or easily collected.
If the last stage of the Frame 9 you are asking about is the 17th stage, I would estimate that the pressure is very nearly the same as the CPD transmitter feedback, as there are only straightening vanes after the last compressor stage, which likely only represent a small pressure drop from the final compressor stage.
