GE Frame 9 SRV Dump Valve Problem

The SRV dump jammed in open position after 2 weeks in operation. After 2 week in operation, this dump valve will get sticky. Hence, the SRV and GCV can't operate. To rectify the problem, we will disassemble the valve, clean it and put it back. We have been doing this for more than 3 years. Replacing the valve with new will only last for 3 months. Do any of the Frame 9 users have the same problem?
