Okay; jacking oil pump = jop.

The reason it's not "given" (used) on most GE Frame 9Es (there are a couple that do have jacking oil pumps, usually on the generator bearings) is that it's not needed for the type and size of bearings used on GE Frame 9Es, and the weight of the shaft on the bearings of the size and type used on GE Frame 9Es does not require jacking oil (also called "bearing lift oil") to protect against bearing damage at low rotational speeds.
