Could someone help me resolve the uncontrollable flame problem on a hot oil oven? After inspecting the burner nozzles, we found that the flame won't ignite and is unstable, with a turbulent flame.

Check Fuel Pressure. Low or high pressure can prevent proper atomization of the fuel. Use a pressure gauge at the inlet to confirm it matches the burner specifications.
