I want to know the Memory structure of Modicon 984-685E/785E PLC.

what is difference among logical memory , system memory , I/O memory and registers of Modicon 984-685E/785E PLC.

Which one is volatile and which is non voltile.

How to calculate the total memory of system in bytes or words.
