Q4AR Remote Special Function Module

Does anyone know how to write to and from remote special modules using arrays on Melsecnet10 using IEC GX Developer? ZNTO, ZNFR etc.

If you have any information on how to do this it would be appreciated as the help file details I have found so far have been unclear and unhelpful!!
