In my company, we have centrifuge section. In which we r doing 2 process ...one is pushing and other is bascating. Both r doing with 2 different motors with respective pullies and belt.

Many times we have observed that belt shiffted from pully and finaly we lose a lot.

Can anybody suggest me that revolution sensor whether available? and if yes then further it sense both condition. one is online rpm and other is when belt shiffted from pully and so finaly rpm being down.

 

Well we can owrk on this application of rpm. Please tell me more detail on your problem and scenario.

Responding to Anonymous' dilemma:

If the drive motors are asynchronous, and their output shafts "drive" the same centrifuge shaft then the problem could be easily explained! But... more information is required!
