Hello group,
I am trying to justify additional personnel for our department. I would like to ask if anyone has example text for justifying additional personnel in this area and specific job responsibilities and duties associated with
SCADA system administration, configuration and maintenance.

One reason is the increase in equipment. If for a certain period the no. of equipments being maintained has increased considerably and the number of warm bodies are still the same, then that justifies increase in personnel.
