Simatic S5 Strange Axis Controller

Simatic S5 Manual Axis Controller board with a strange part number G26004-A3118-P110

It also has a sticker on the front Mannesmann Rexroth.
Used in a S5 155U 948 rack.

The problem appears to be that all the diagnostic LED's light on power up and remain lit.

The CPU will not remain in RUN, and reverts to STOP mode.

A manual or information on the LED's would be very helpfull.

Update:
The board in question was supplied to Mannesmann Rexroth by Siemens.

The board can be repaired but Mannesmann Rexroth need to check their firmware before Siemens will agree to look at it.

The good news is the original machine maker had a spare board which has since been installed and is working successfully.
