start/stop comments fror twido plc

what kind of comments do i have to send via hyperterminal that can put a twido telemecanique plc in either start or stop mode?

i am trying to create an application that will send program files, ascii format, via serial link to twido plc.

any ideas, comments and contributions are welcome.
