Since I have a project about simulation of synchronous generator voltage control in PC (by control speed & If signals from external hardware). Where I can find some information about transfer function... or other information that relates in this project...

Hard to understand what you want. I you wish to soft transfer load to and from mains and generator, I would suggest you have a look at the following Dawson Technologies Si-TEC controllers. Their controllers do it for you, once they are set up correctly.
