Temperature monitoring with Hitachi PLC

I have a Hitachi H 252B PLC with a RT60 (6 channel analog input module). I have been told the RT60 module is made by a third party and information is hard to get in Hitachi manuals, so I hope you guys will help.

I am hooking up a RTD (Pt 100) straight to the RT60 module with no 4-20 transmitter in between. The jumper setting on the RT60 module is such that it is reading Pt 100, (-100C to 300C). Also, the dip switch is set with a BCD output.

It is only to monitor the temperature so I plan to read the value straight on the SCADA. I’m not sure about the resolution of RT60 card (probably 12 or 13 bits).

What is the scaling that I should use on the SCADA?

Raw (min)=? Raw (max)=?
Engg. (min) = ? Engg.(max) = ?

Thanks.

I suspect that the thermocouple card is manufactured by a company called Horner. It may be usefull to contact them for tech info.

Di,
You are correct. The RT60 is produced by Robotina d.o.o. of Slovenia. Please contact me directly and I will email you the RT60 Manual.
You are also correct that the RT60 is 13bit Resolution. I think the manual should help you calculate the scaling.
