What is the difference between starting and tightening torque. Actually when i started tightening the copper bus in our transformer after maintenance i was confused when i saw in drawings two different values for tightening the same bolts.
At one place it is written that the starting torque is 130Nm whereas on other place it is mentioned that the tightening torque is 60Nm for same bolts.
I don't know at what torque should i tighten the bolts now.
