Weintek HMI Slow Communication

Hello
Recently I started to use Weintek HMI MT8102iP/ MT8106iP model in a project. when I download the project on the panel, the speed of communication between CN and panel is too low, it means by changing a signal in physical side, changes the lamp bit on the screen after 10 seconds. I checked different setting and options, however I could not find any way to solve this problem. I would be so thankful for any assistance.

You mean when a physical input is activated, the corresponding bit that is supposed to indicate the status in the HMI, in this case a lamp, is updated after 10 seconds?

How is the HMI communication with the PLC?
ethernet, RS485 or RS 232?
