what will happen if STG extraction Setpoint changed.

Dear Sir's

we are using SNM make steam turbine extraction type with 15MW generation capacity.

We are taking extraction from turbine up to desing flow (12.0 MT/Hr)

Its setpoints are as follows.
Extraction enable setpoint - 4.5 MW
Extraction disable setpoint - 4.0 MW

I need to change it from 4.5 MW to 3.5 MW

i want to know what will happen in future if i changes setpoint like above (STG efficiency will increase or decrease)?
