M12 L-Code Cordsets

Ensuring stable power delivery in automation systems is critical, and Banner’s new M12 L-Code Cordsets provide a dependable solution for systems requiring higher power usage, like decentralized I/O and compact motors. The robust cordsets are designed for compatibility with industrial power distribution applications, featuring secure locking mechanisms and durable materials that withstand demanding environments, including an IP67 rating. According to Banner, the cords can deliver up to four times the power of most M12 connectors for a total of 16 amps through the power pin.

With high current capacity, the M12 L-Code Cordsets facilitate efficient energy transfer, reducing the risk of power interruptions that can disrupt operations. The cords can help simplify wiring with 40% less space used when compared to traditional 7/8-inch connectors. In addition, they ensure a secure connection to contribute to the reliability and performance of automated equipment in the manufacturing and logistics industries. The cords are available in male, female, and double-ended configurations to suit any combination of wiring necessary.

Enhancing Industrial Automation

Banner’s three latest innovations in industrial automation each address key operational challenges. Whether enhancing visibility, improving control interfaces, or ensuring stable connectivity, these products are designed to contribute to safer, more efficient, and more reliable automation systems.
