I have sometimes a problem with the 550 panel view. For any reason my panel view blank with (error) in several language. The only way I found to reset the panel view, is to make a power shut off on the machine.

Can electrical noise make that kind of problem ??

1/ what error does the panel give ?
2/ does the panel adresses not existing files in the processor ?
3/ what type of communication do you use ?

with the answer off these questions we should a sort out the problem...

You should get the fault code number from the panelview and then search what that number means. More than likely it will be fault #? unexecutable code. or post the fault code number here
