How I solve this error: "Run time error '48' error in loading DLL" when I try to install a Unitelway wdm driver v 1.0 on OS Windows XP Embedded?

We had this error and spent all day on it. It turned out that the client machine was missing asp.tlb which was required once we used the dll for both remote proxy as well as for late binding from an ASP page.
