I need to control multiple VSD's (Aprox 15 to 20). The motors are all mechanically connected together by the same conveyor belt. These drives are CAN Open - CIA402 compliant.
I am in need of a clean software structure (structured text) to control all of them (start/stop/state manager, etc.). My biggest concern is that that they may not all be in the same state as CIA402 shows a number of states. How do I ensure that they all work together? Once the basic start stop is working I need to implement a droop function as well to ensure that all motors delivers equal power to the belt, this requires that I have to set each drive's speed individually.
