Equal % Pressure Control Valve
Flow varies with 30 to 40 KL/Hr while 1 kg pressure kill by PCV

Any one know what is the relation between CV and Flow rate in Equal % of Pressure Control valve?

Here we are using Mid land ACS PCV for controlling HSD, MS, SKO pressure control. When we kill 1 kg pressure flow vary with 30 to 40 kl. Flow rate is 1200 KL/Hr and Max valve CV is 2000.

Equal % valve trim, gives you more gradual flow reduction as the valve closes. More commonly used as somewhat more forgiving to wide variations in pressures and flows.

Linear flow characteristic does not.

Beyond that you need to valve sizing data.
