Dear Sirs,
We are operating 80 MW siemens condensing steam turbine having HP/LP turbines.
we are facing problem of fluctuating seal steam header pressure, for which our observation is sluggish response of supply seal steam control valve and leak off steam control valves. both of this valves are of hydraulically actuated type having hydraulic pump unit in build.
does any one having similar type of seal steam control valve, any solution to above problem, already contacted vendor of control valve. he suggests replacement is the only option.

what are the consequences of operating steam turbine at its full capacity with such variation in seal steam header pressure. it varies from 96 mbar to -0.14 mbar. normal operation value is 35mbar.
