When downloading with the siemens serial cable for interface, we always have this error:

2 types of download are possible for this device. Refer to menu item PC Interface...
Establishing the serial connection at COM 1 with 56000 baud...
E4020: Internal Error Download 00003621H.
No connection to the OP!

To start the download, we are Pressing ESC key + cursor key while putting the power On. We were hopping to see:
TRANSMISSION MODE , READY TO RECEIVE DATA and then press the Key Download in Protool Application. But nothing happens.

We also had twice the error E4004, unable to see OP

I'm in Estonia right now and i'm leaving Thursday and i really have to do that download.
