That can be the origin of this alarm ...indeed ... Do you got the manuals from GE ?? If yes look for the alarm origin and try to troubleshoot which controller is involved ?

For your information: The alarm "XMIT SUSPENDED CPU SWITCHED" is usually set when a core fails, as it transfers "control" or communication to the next core.
