GE Mark VIe - Trying to change a TMR setup from a 0-5VDC to a 4-20mA transmitter..
Well, I am not sure about that. Examining the last attachment of GEH-6721G, it appears that the TBAI card is provided for the exact function of sharing single 4-20mA signals across all 3 controllers. Also if memory serves there were specific I/O cards for HART, but I'm not sure that's your...

GE MarkV
If you can use the existing EEPROM, U9 from memory, match the and hardware jumpers on the new card. I don't believe you should need to download anything. BUT I could easily be mistaken.

So to clarify a few points. You are using a single transmitter(loop powered) to feedback on all 3 processors?

GE Mark VIe - Trying to change a TMR setup from a 0-5VDC to a 4-20mA transmitter..
I'm assuming you have wired the Transmitter in series through each Processor I/O card?

Flashing LEDs not in unison in "R" processor
Mite pay to replace the batteries on the UCV(X) card, often soldered on to avoid this issue in the future.

LM6000-PG Speed Switch Fail to Close
Can you use your Bentley software(System 1) to get the trend from the keyphasor speed compare to all your speed inputs on the low speed shaft, they should be in your trip log. I believe if the safeset had sheared you would be getting zero generator speed. Likely it looks like a faulty key phasor

There are numerous conditions that can cause increase in GCV position. From compressor condition, air filter condition, ambient temp, IGV position etc.... The FSR is either temperature or speed controlled. The controller is driving the valve to a position to maintain either required speed or...

Aero GT vibration monitor bently nevada
Hello, Are the accelerometers on the same section of the engine but at the 4 and 6 o'clock positions(AFT looking FWD)? Measuring the voltage wont help, you would probably need a decent meter to see the variations in signal. Couple of things you can do, without the correct test equipment. Put...
