I dont know if you have read th eright technical manual... I just have a read on it and it is well explained how to establish Modbus Ethernet TCP...with such devices.. I can post some screenshots later if you need to check it..

Okay So let's say that Reverse power can be due to not enough power transmitted by prime mover during synchronization.. Or malfunction of AVR which cannot build up.. Voltage on designate generator according to load consumption.. That's why I asked if there is other alarms/trip that have benn...

@ARV1992 Thanks for these inputs! I see that it is a "Static exciter " on this generator can you confirm.. If so I would advise you to check proper operation & components of the exciter ( like brushes) When last maintenance have been performed on the Exciter? Start to search on this path...

Any work have been done on the equipment... Make sure JX1/Y1/Z1 are connected correctly to the dedicated VPRO (X1/Y1/Z1) and also J3/J6 From VPRO TO TPRO ... Thats what i can add for the moment ...

Hi What type of unit is ...gas /steam turbine... Is that a TMR/SIMPLEX/DUAL.. It is said on OEM manual that it may be necessary to update VPRO firmware... I suggest you to have a read on GEH 6403 ...FOR more precisions..
