Did you ever try to look on the nameplate mounted on the pedestal of the Gas controls/stop ratio valves.. I use to see the nameplate with designated part number on these locations (body casing /pedestal..)no need to dismount anything normally... if not available on hard copy ...( paper)...

For me that can be a communication issue so I suggest you to look on this way.. Get a diagnostic check on that VVIB card... Also EGD status ... Any led flashing or blinking on that cards...or other ones..

Okay so something is definitely missed or wrong on this unit control system.. Try to check communication cable too
