You better check IBH position detection in this case... Look on the isntalled app code there is a sequence /block diagram for IBH Control valve position test /slew rate test..

Did you perform IBH valve test as per MARKVIE app code... Is there any IBHFault ...detection ..displayed You should see L3BH SENS ALARM MESSAGE DISPLAYED in case of sensor fault is that the case here..

Hi I Strongly suggest you to get /catch the trends views/alarms trips logs.. from the control system about this event ...and post them here ..so we can support you by a better way.. Is that a simple/combined cycle... Did you restart unit after that event ... James
