Hi Andy1984, Find here a link on Blower designing calculation , that can help you to guess at least what will be the behavior on this system... There should be a interconnected device at least called "flow limiter/restricter.." have a look on this point.. Regards, James

You may also look at KVAR fluctuations if occuring ...as we not there ...and do not have overall view of the plant yet.... PID settings tuning require some tests to be performed ...so follow OEM instructions and come back here for any clarifications... I worked about 7 Years as Gas /Steam...

Hello. These kinds of operations /tuning should be fixed during commissioning phase.. Is that the case here... Did you have heard about droop voltage compensation.. What is actually grid/utility configuration.. I told you before that load scheme was not tuned well it looks like still...

Hi, Looks like this is serious case/issue to be fixed.. Questions: Is that unit is equipped with original Mark6e or is that a migration/upgrade.. Looks like these relays are for Soe. Did you check Magnetic pick up speed sensors... James

3 phase generator problem
Basler Model VR63-4A only fits 120 Vac Generators, and Basler Model VR63-4 only fits 240 Vac Generators respectively, and both original Basler models do not have fuse protection. Is that the case... I have a link for that AVR replacement.... Just add a reply here than I can share it ...
