Also at a speed of 82% (TNHCOR) the IGV should be opened from 34DGA to 57DGA is that this case it is showing THE IGVs are opened till 51.8DGA can you confirm...

You will see that there is Map test mode to enable for Constants /parameters checking ... This manual is just good to read for this case..
