Dear Djafer, Is there kind of ground fault or unbalanced suppply power on the 125VDC bus ...since the screenshots that you shared showing Battery 125VDC Ground Fault alarm & DC POWER SUPPLY Undervoltage ....

88HR is equipped with DC motor , protection controls on overload would be slightly different than AC motor protection philosophy .. You can share schematic here then we can have better overview and add notes/comments to support you!

Looks like this is a old version of the Gas analyser... and difficult to get any document on it... What you mean by" half error message".... I guess that you will better to ask OEM /vendor /supplier for such documentation/software...

Can you see what happens when unit is performing a watchdog test during start up .. It should displaying "Message 30 Watchdog " it is for testing watchdog circuitry ....According to OEM technical manual.. If it failed it should also displaying an error message, Like the one that is displayed...

Have a search on "multiple starts counter " or event counter ...

You may also perform or see if watchdog test is ok or dispalying "watchdog test failure" In the case of watchdog failure you shoud reload or upgrade the firmware, or replace the logic module..

One information for this case...is that you can display or mask watchdog error during startup... But there still remaining the question why there is such error message..

According to OEM manual The hardawre watchdog Boot /RESET The system.. Possible cause is hardware or software.. So is that when you click on "clear all" this system event /alarm/error message still displaying ...; You got to troubleshoot why Watchdog time out (delay ) reset the system ! James

First you mentionned RTD & i ADDED NOTES ON RTDS , then I discorvered that was more a Thermistor than a RTD... Plz Clarify by adding at least a scheamtic/diagram/drawing if you need a better assistance...
