Modbus client application
["human-readable" register number and is 1 more than the "on-the-wire" address"] to me, that just seems to create confusion... Thanks for the explanation.

Modbus client application
I have been trying this with a Modbus RTU device. I agree it is very useful and usable software; thanks for your contribution! Register addresses seem to be off by one though, e.g., to write register 3008 you use register 3009 in Open ModScan.

Hello ! With what software could I put the program in this plc and what adapter would I need to connect?
Hello Radu, I don't have any direct knowledge, I just found the information that I shared on the internet. You can find the CL200 manual, which says that the X31 Interface is used for programming; and "A premanufactured connecting cable is available to connect to the X31 interface connector...

Hello ! With what software could I put the program in this plc and what adapter would I need to connect?
From the Bosch CL200 manual: The PLC program is produced with the use of the Bosch proprietary WinSPS software application. The CL200 is programmed with the aid of a PC via the serial COM port. With the use of the PC, the PLC program can also be written without requi-ring the physical presence...

vacuum sensor + display
There are digital panel meters like: https://www.predig.com/products/product_category/digital-panel-meters-448 that accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA).

Looking for Simple VFD for dummies
I used a Baldor ID5602 Series 5 Inverter to control a 1 HP 3-phase motor. No programming required, speed controlled by supplied Main Speed Potentiometer (5K). Least expensive is their open chassis model.

HART communicator caused step change in DCS reading
The DCS was reading pressure using HART? If so, it likely acts as a Primary HART master. If AMS is configured as Primary HART master, it would conflict with the DCS.

Fisher NPS 1 GX with DVC6200F Foundation Fieldbus Test
Assuming your 475 supports FF (and has the DD files for the DVC6200f), you should be able to setup a test segment, it can act as the FF host. For the segment you could use a Relcom Power Hub "Fieldbus Segment in a Box" or similar: https://www.relcominc.com/power-hub , you would connect both the...

Foundation Fieldbus (FF) type positioner Stroke with mA Source?
I have not used a device like this to say, but your attached specification sheet states: Local User Interface (LUI) functions: Local control of the valve. Conceivably, you could supply power and use the LUI to test the valve.

Multidrop HART network with local panel displays?
Multidrop HART has all the transmitter outputs connected together. To do that, all the transmitters must be set to output fixed current, typically 4 mA, otherwise they would be fighting against each other. You may be able to use a gateway that has separate channels for each transmitter, but...

Connect Variable Frequency Drive Directly to PC
Well, Ethernet is not going to work with the RS-485 inputs on your drive. PCs do not normally support RS-485, you need an adapter; the FTDI device should work. Next you will need an application for your PC that has Modbus [master] capability.
