we have 3 phase alternator. it is running clockwise from non drive end. Is it possible we run this alternator anti clock wise? are it is technical ok? we run alternator in both direction? if no, what are the difficulties?

We don't really know enough about the alternator at your site. Is it a synchronous machine or an induction machine? If it's a synchronous machine, how is the DC field produced?

Electrical power generation is about "relative motion" between conductors and magnetic fields.

This is a question likely best asked of the alternator's manufacturer. As was remarked in this recent post:

it's probably not a problem electrically, but possibly with the cooling. Many alternators are equipped with fans attached to the rotor for circulating air/gas inside the generator when operating for cooling. It may be that the fans, and/or the cooling air path(s), are designed for a particular direction of rotation.

Again, this is really a question best asked of the alternator manufacturer.
