I am currently seeking the "475 Field Communicator Toolkit for HART® Devices" file, which was previously available for download on emerson website. Unfortunately, I've noticed that this file is no longer accessible for download.

Could you please, as a matter of urgency, provide me with this file from your existing archives or previous libraries? It is crucial for my current project, and I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter.

 

And I contacted Emerson support but they didn't help me. I would appreciate it if anyone has already downloaded this file and has it in the archive and documents, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi,
Please be advised that the 475 Field Communicator product is now RETIRED and support for it has FULLY CEASED.
Upgrades/repairs/license renewal/spare parts/technical support for the 475 will no longer be available as all Easy Upgrade systems/servers have been shut down.

• The Easy Upgrade Utility has been decommissioned and taken offline.
• Easy Upgrade license has expired by now and license renewal is no longer offered (475 home screen > Settings > Licenses > Easy Upgrade Exp Date)
• The update server is now shut down.

I check that this url in internet archive but when you download this file after that you see the storage of the zip is 0 KB and there is nothing in this file but thanks for your help
